The story of Yvette

The 6 years of Yvette at Vandebron

I am Yvette Fransen and I have been working at Vandebron for over six years now. After completing my master's in business administration and a disappointing experience in the Zuidas, I ended up at Vandebron, where I started in the Telesales department. After nearly five years in Operations as Channel Manager of customer retention and Manager Customer Contact, I got the opportunity to take a challenging step in a different direction that suited my strengths well: my current role as Project & Change Manager.

I am involved in leading strategic initiatives. For example, I am currently working on writing the loyalty strategy. The project I am most proud of is our Solar project, where we were the first supplier to introduce feed-in tariffs for solar panel owners. Despite the unpleasant news for our customers, we managed to implement this within a short time with a lot of energy and involvement within the organization and even influenced political discussions!

Vandebron is my first employer, and I greatly appreciate the positive energy of my colleagues. Vandebron's culture, with its strong mission, informal atmosphere, short lines of communication, and high autonomy, motivates me every day. Additionally, the energy transition is in full swing, super interesting and socially relevant, which constantly challenges me at Vandebron.

The value that appeals to me the most is "Bring your A-Game." With what Vandebron has to offer, we can truly make an impact together.
