Who we are

At Vandebron, we're transforming the energy landscape, steering away from the conventional to champion sustainability. Born in 2014, our journey began with Chapter 1, disrupting the market with a transparent platform connecting consumers directly to local, green energy producers.
Now, in Chapter 2, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% green energy availability, 100% of the time. Think smart solutions — flexible use of wind and solar farms, Smart EV Charging, and efficient energy storage.

No waiting around, we actively shape a sustainable future. Good energy, smart solutions — that's Vandebron.

About the Role

Are you a data wizard with a passion for uncovering insights that drive growth? Vandebron is looking for a Web Analyst to lead our web and campaign tracking efforts, ensuring data integrity across all platforms. This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about translating complex user behavior into actionable strategies that optimize conversion rates and boost sales.

As our Web Analyst, you'll be the architect of our digital data landscape, building and maintaining performance dashboards that provide critical analysis for paid media optimization. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Paid Media, Commerce, Marketing, and Tech & Data teams, implementing tracking improvements, developing predictive models, and providing invaluable insights into paid channel attribution. This is a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, shaping the future of web analytics at Vandebron within a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve our web and campaign tracking frameworks, ensuring data integrity across all our tools.

  • Coordinate and organize the plan for tracking and tagging user behavior on our website (clicks, scrolls, journeys, drop-off points) in conjunction with our tech teams.

  • Build and maintain robust dashboards that track and visualize key performance metrics across the entire funnel.

  • Provide actionable insights for paid media optimization by analyzing channel performance (e.g., ROAS, traffic share).

  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, and Tech stakeholders to implement and QA tracking improvements, new analytics features, and modeling setups.

  • Work with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze predictive models (e.g., ROAS forecasts, Marketing Mix Modeling, customer segmentation).

  • Support decisions on channel attribution modeling, helping the team understand the relative contribution of each source to overall business outcomes.

Job requirements

What we ask from you

  • You're a data analysis pro, comfortable with SQL, Excel, and ideally Python or R, able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

  • You've mastered data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio, bringing data to life through compelling dashboards.

  • You have proven experience with digital analytics platforms, especially GA4, and a solid grasp of web tracking concepts (GTM, cookies, custom events).

  • You deeply understand marketing metrics, including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and key channel performance indicators, with some knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta).

  • You're familiar with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and have a basic understanding of tracking implementation and pixels for accurate attribution.

  • You're a strong problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, always seeking to optimize and improve.

  • You excel at stakeholder management and communication, able to bridge the gap between technical data and business objectives.

  • You're proactive, curious, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, test-and-learn digital environment.

What do we offer?

  • To work towards our mission with a good dose of energy, we offer you 30 paid days off per year.

  • A company bonus based upon the results of Vandebron.

  • Work abroad for up to 6 weeks per year (max 4 consecutive weeks, including up to 4 weeks outside the EU).

  • Employees with three years of service can go on a sabbatical for up to three months (one month paid with holidays, two unpaid).

  • Request special leave for significant personal events, volunteering for SDG 11 or 13, and an additional day for religious or personal celebrations.

  • Fuel your brain with an annual €850 learning budget to grow personally and professionally.

  • Dive into new skills with access to Learning & Development workshops and programs.

  • Plan for the future with our 3rd-tier pension scheme.

  • Stay connected hassle-free with a monthly €50 net reimbursement for your phone and wifi.

  • One-time €200 net allowance to create a comfortable home workspace for our team members.

  • Split your time between our carbon-neutral Amsterdam office at the city’s heart and your home, finding the perfect balance for you.

  • Enjoy daily organic lunches prepared by our in-house cooks.

  • For those living 10km or more from the office, hop on board with an NS business card for smooth commuting.

  • Immerse yourself in the local culture by exploring Dutch language courses.
