As Loyalty Program Manager you will craft a Loyalty Program that not only creates extremely loyal customers but also attracts new customers.

Your impact

The Strategy & Business Development team is responsible for Vandebron’s sustainable growth strategy and community partnerships from a holistic perspective across the Consumer and Producer organization. The primary focus of the Consumer Strategy & Business Development team is successfully leading and converting new business strategies and collaborations in the world of leading (international) sustainable brands, while also being an important liaison to the Producer side of Vandebron’s business.


As Loyalty Program Manager you will develop inspiring communities and collaborations, translated into a leading program for sustainable brands, to boost customer loyalty and also create a new USP for consumers to join Vandebron. In this way, you will help Vandebron shape its ambition to become a leading sustainable brand, and achieve its mission of 100% renewable energy in NL. Your effort will directly have an impact on Customer Lifetime Value. This central role within the Strategy team will work closely together with Marketing, Proposition, Commerce, CRM (Operations) and Product.


What you’ll do

  • Conceptualize the program: drive strategic development and innovation of the Vandebron loyalty programme and broader ecosystem to achieve brand and consumer lifecycle metrics

  • Lead the project team: be in charge of the project team to lead and implement the overall loyalty strategy, without being managerial responsible

  • Initiate partnerships: with your creative brain power and your strong network, you will strategically initiate brand collaborations and build communities for positive societal impact, while elevating our program

  • Move to innovate: continuously iterate based on online and offline consumer insights to shape, maintain and improve the program – lead to improve


What you bring

  • Mission-driven: you are passionate about contributing to our mission and making a positive impact

  • Loyalty expert: 8+ years of experience in (digital) loyalty marketing, partnerships and community building, you have set up and managed loyalty programs in the past, and you bring a wide network in the world of sustainable brands

  • Project management skills: in this role you are not a team manager but you will lead the project team

  • Energy market expertise: 5+ years of experience in energy
