As the E-Commerce Manger, you will play a crucial role in driving Vandebron’s online commercial performance to the next level. You will lead the change and ensure that Vandebron’s online channels deliver sustainable, high-growth results (new and existing

customers).


In this role, you will own the online sales funnel, optimizing channels such as Search (SEO, Paid), Affiliates, and Display to maximize impact and ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketeers and analytics in the Commerce team and with Marketing (brand), Proposition, Product, and Operations teams to craft an exceptional online experience, while also building and capitalizing on partnerships that accelerate Vandebron’s mission to become the #1 sustainable energy brand.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead online performance: Steer and optimize the performance of Vandebron’s online sales channels. Set ambitious weekly and monthly targets, with deep KPIs guiding your decisions.
  • Design the sales funnel: Own and manage the ‘consideration’ and ‘action’ phases of the customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions and high conversion rates. In the near future you will expand your role to broader commercial growth (retention on website, other relevant customer propositions)
  • Data-driven growth: Leverage data to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns through tools like Marketing Mix Modeling and advanced dashboarding for real-time insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, UX/CX) and external digital agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, fit within Vandebron’s sprint planning, and support a top-tier customer experience.
  • Innovate and improve: Continuously seek new opportunities for growth by experimenting with segmentation, targeting, personalization, and automation to increase conversion rates.
  • Partnerships: integrating and accelerating plans for new partnerships, new propositions, and innovative approaches that will shape Vandebron’s online growth.
  • Customer-first mindset: Ensure that every touchpoint with Vandebron leads to a satisfied, loyal customer who is excited about our green energy solutions.


What You Bring

  • Mission-Driven: You are passionate about contributing to a sustainable future and resonate with Vandebron’s vision. 
  • E-Commerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within the tech, telecom, or consumer services industries. You have a solid understanding of online sales channels, including SEO, SEA, Affiliates, and Display.
  • Commercial Mindset: You’re entrepreneurial, always seeking new growth opportunities, and have a knack for making data-driven decisions that deliver high ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize performance using tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience in managing complex digital marketing strategies, including segmentation, targeting, automation, and the ability to oversee digital agencies.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: You excel in cross-functional team environments, working closely with Marketing, UX, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Strong communication skills are essential to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Snowflake) is crucial. Knowledge of CRM systems and Marketing Automation is a plus.
  • Innovative Thinking: You bring a creative approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes.
  • Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly when needed to meet evolving market demands.
