Your impact

As a Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in shaping Vandebron’s growth by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-notch talent. Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers and teams, you will collaborate to identify needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will directly impact our People & Culture vision that we're not just leading the way in the energy transition, but we're also building a place where talent truly thrives and grows.

You’ll report to the Head of People & Culture.

What you’ll do

  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and negotiating offers.

  • Sourcing: Utilize creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Data-driven approach: Use recruitment metrics to measure success, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the hiring process.

  • Pipeline management: Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to remain competitive in attracting talent.

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, either in-house and/or at agencies.

  • Talent sourcing techniques: Expertise in advanced sourcing methods.

  • Interviewing skills: Skilled in conducting structured interviews, assessing competencies, and evaluating cultural fit.

  • English proficiency; Dutch is nice to have.

  • Relationship building/Stakeholder management: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proactivity: Taking initiative and driving recruitment projects forward.

  • Time management/Priority setting: Skilled in managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • Problem-solving: Resourcefulness in navigating hiring challenges, such as hard-to-fill roles or competing offers.

Currently, we can only consider candidates who are already residing in the Netherlands and are eligible to work here.

What’s in it for you

  • A salary ranging from €4,000 to €5,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), excluding holiday allowance.
