Your impact

As Product Specialist your main focus will be on improving tooling and processes for our Operations department and the collaboration with and use of Ecedo (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) by other departments in an integrated manner. You will be collaborating intensively together with the Digital teams for Ecedo and Salesforce as well as with our Backoffice System Specialist and Operations Process specialist. Your goal is to optimize the efficiency of our Operations processes to reduce workload for Backoffice, making a significant impact for Vandebron.


What you’ll do

This role will have a (strong) focus on process enhancement through data analysis and as a result; identifying pain points and preparing solutions. This includes running SQL queries, bulk operations through API’s and being comfortable with data programming languages (e.g. Python, Powershell). Furthermore:

  • You understand the priority of the different needs and improvements and are able to explain the priority in a quantitative and qualitative way.

  • You team-up with different stakeholders (e.g. external partners Ecedo and internal Salesforce team) to analyze what can be improved in processes and tooling.

  • You keep up-to-date on the needs of operation teams to be able to understand what needs working on and make structural improvements that are solid for the future.

  • You act as a first point of contact for (ad-hoc) Operations-support questions for anything Ecedo or Salesforce related.

  • You are in close contact with the Customer Journey team, to provide them with insights.

  • You manage, test and communicate about open support tickets and incidents.

  • You test new functionalities in Ecedo and Salesforce.

  • You actively participate in improving the support and development (agile) processes.

This is how you’ll make a difference

Ideally, you have worked with ERP systems before and have experience with Salesforce. You are motivated to use this experience towards making improvements and creating understanding among its users. Furthermore:

  • You are analytical, data-driven, result-oriented and eager to learn.

  • You are passionate about simplifying complex issues consisting of different processes, systems and goals for its different users and their needs.

  • You have relevant working experience with data analysis.

  • You have experience with SQL and are familiar with databases / data warehousing concepts.

  • You have experience with Python, Jupyterhub and Powershell.

  • You are able to work together with our Digital team and follow procedures that require a sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.

  • You are able to distinguish requests for support based on urgency and priority.

  • You are able to concisely communicate relevant outcomes, observations and solutions to relevant managers.
