As Consumer Strategy & Partnerships Manager you will shape the strategy of the consumer domain to pave the concrete path towards 100% renewable energy.

Your impact

The Strategy & Business Development team is responsible for Vandebron’s sustainable growth strategy and community partnerships that are needed to reach our even greater ambitions. While the primary focus of the Consumer Strategy & Business Development team is successfully leading and converting new business strategies and collaborations in the world of leading (international) sustainable brands, the team is also an important liaison to the Producer side of Vandebron’s business.


As Consumer Strategy & Partnerships Manager you will bring clarity in what steps Vandebron needs to take to become a leading sustainable brand, and achieve its mission of 100% renewable energy in NL. This includes long term goals setting which in combination with the strategy offers clear guidance for the entire consumer domain. Vandebron’s mission is ambitious and inspiring but we do need a clear path to reach it. You will lead strategic projects and initiatives, gathering all input that is needed to align departments towards a crystal clear consumer strategy. Fact is: we cannot reach our mission by ourselves, we need to partner up to spread our story and become a strong sustainable brand. You will be the one crafting the roadmap towards the future and guidelines for these strategic partnerships.


Your leadership

You live and breathe strategy. Next to that you will have an outstanding track record in project management and managing multiple stakeholders. You will need proven collaborative skills with the ability to connect with multiple teams across brands, departments and practices – internally and externally. You will thrive in a fast paced and agile environment. You will set the example of new leadership for a better world.


What you’ll do

  • Shapes Strategy: independently translates the company strategy into a differentiating consumer strategy – elevating the business and the brand.

  • Initiates projects: starts up initiatives independently based on market insights, societal developments, rapid innovation and company goals.

  • Leads projects: lead project teams with the aim to improve Vandebron as whole.

  • Create alignment: an important part of this role is to create clear guidelines for the departments of Vandebron, so they can collaboratively make more impact.


What you bring

  • Mission-Driven: You are passionate about contributing to our mission and making a positive impact.

  • Strong leadership skills: in this role you are not a team manager but you will lead project teams

  • Advanced stakeholder management: You will work with a variety of stakeholders including board level and our shareholders. And you are inspired by building and developing external partnerships at C-Level.

  • Energy market expertise: 5+ years of experience

  • Broad business knowledge: You are able to oversee operational and commercial impact
