Your impact
As our Brand Content & AI Innovation Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind how our strong brand comes to life across all content — video, design, and copy. You’ll lead a small, talented creative team and work hands-on to craft high-impact content that builds our brand, improve customer experience and connects with new and existing customers. 


You’ll embed AI into our creative workflows, making our output smarter, faster, and more scalable. With your sharp eye for quality and consistency, brand strategy/identity and your drive for innovation, you’ll turn content into a key engine for reach, engagement, brand growth and improved NPS scores.

You’ll report to Yvonne Kleemans, Brand Marketing & Customer Experience Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Guard and scale our brand compass — building templates and guiding usage across internal teams and external agencies.

  • Lead content creation across video, design, and copy — aligning closely with brand strategy.

  • Guide and coach a small creative team, ensuring consistent and high-quality work through clear direction and structured feedback.

  • Integrate AI tools into content workflows — from ideation to production — improving speed, personalization, and impact.

  • Optimize content based on performance data — A/B testing and iterating in collaboration with performance marketers.

  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and commercial teams to align content with both brand and business goals.

  • Guide and lead content creation with the team across all touchpoints in our customer journey, creating and improving content via emails, website, app, FAQs, and our chatbot.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in leading B2C content development (video, design, copy) — from creative strategy to hands-on execution.

  • Proven ability to coach creative talent and elevate team output.

  • Deep knowledge of AI tools and workflows for content production — with a strong focus on video and visual storytelling.

  • A strong grasp of brand and marketing strategy — balancing creativity, consistency, and performance.

  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights — improving content over time.
