Your impact

Your focus will be on handling purchase invoices and debtor invoices, making you the go-to point for identifying and implementing positive changes in these areas. You'll also take charge of streamlining financial processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to our overall financial stability. You'll make the finance domain your own, acting independently and elevating your skills in Excel and SQL. You'll actively contribute to process improvements, making things smarter, and have a direct hand in the continuous development and system knowledge.

What you'll do

  • Process incoming invoices, collaborating with financial controllers to allocate costs accurately.

  • Monitor the creditor's 'flow,' communicate proactively about process status, and address issues promptly.

  • Handle Vandebron's expense claims, ensuring a speedy reimbursement process for our team members.

  • Generate transaction data batches (in/excasso) and prepare them for the bank.

  • Assist Financial Control with month and year end close.

Who you’ll work with

Collaborate closely with Lisa, Stef, Raquel, Pieter, and the Finance Operations team to optimize and ensure the flawless functioning of financial processes. Engage with internal stakeholders, including financial controllers and fellow team members.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial administrative roles.
