We are Vandebron 

Our journey began in 2014 with the first chapter of the energy transition, in which we made the market more transparent by connecting consumers directly to local, green producers of energy. Now, in chapter two, we aim to make 100% green energy available 100% of the time. Think of smart solutions, like flexible use of wind- and solarparks, smart charging of vehicles and a much more efficient way of storing energy. 

Your team

What you’ll do

• You prepare healthy lunches for your colleagues where you also have the freedom to proactively contribute to the menu.

• You ensure that the coffee machine, desks and communal workspaces look clean, also by informing your colleagues.

• You proactively make sure the fruit and drinks are filled up. With you onboard, no colleague will ever have to miss their soda, caffeine or fresh tea. 

• As the face of the company, you welcome visitors into our beautiful office and make sure they’re redirected to whomever they have a meeting with.

• You get a chance to support with events, both operational and in the creative setup. 

• As we’re a mission driven organisation, you proactively help finding ways to make our department live by that mission.

What we expect from you

• You are flexible and can prioritise, as sometimes you have to switch from preparing lunch for 120+ colleagues, to welcoming a colleagues appointment. 

• You have a proactive mindset and are able to work independently.

• You value clear and direct communication.

• You get energy from solving urgent problems and improving processes.

• As you’re in the heart of a mission driven organisation, you act as a true Vandebron ambassador.

• You’re available 2-4 days a week. Half days are possible, but not common. Working from home isn’t possible within this role.

• €15,- gross, ex. 8% holiday allowance and holiday compensation (11,11%) which will be paid out on a monthly basis.
