Your impact

As a Finance Process Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our financial operations. From analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to spearheading process improvements and projects, your contributions will shape the future of our finance team. With your keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving, you'll ensure smooth financial transactions and drive efficiency across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Dive into the heart of financial operations, analyzing and refining accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

• Lead the charge on process improvements and projects, collaborating closely with the Manager Finance Operations and Electric Mobility process specialist.

• Get to familiarize yourself with AI tools to help automate financial processes.

• Visualize improvements through process drawings, ensuring clarity and seamless implementation.

• Harness the power of data analysis tools like SQL to generate actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.

• Keep projects on track, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.

• Support monthly tasks, from checking payment batches to assisting with financial control duties.

What you bring

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience, ideally in a similar finance process specialist position.

• An HBO/WO level of thinking, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proven proficiency in Excel, with the ability to navigate complex datasets and perform advanced functions.

• A natural inclination towards problem-solving and process improvement, coupled with a curious mindset.

• A growth-oriented mindset, eager to develop and expand your skill set within a dynamic team environment.

• Availability for at least four days a week.
