Your impact

As a Data Analyst, your role goes beyond numbers; you're a storyteller, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Conduct end-to-end analyses, collaborate closely with teams, and present your insights to senior stakeholders. Dive into projects like retention behavior, customer segmentation, and behavioral load patterns, contributing to our data-informed decision-making culture.

What you'll do:

• Work on analytics, create reports and data models for business teams and actively work together with these teams to translate findings into business decisions

• Pro-actively work on deep dive analytics projects that inspire and advice business on more complex topics

• Working closely with a tight knit central data team that consists of analysts, engineers, data scientists and share knowledge within the data community

• Work on actively sharing and presenting your findings and knowledge with other business teams, distributed business analysts in order to lift the data-savviness within Vandebron

• Learn new tools and techniques and take on your own projects to reach our goals.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work alongside analysts, engineers, and data scientists. Led by a Product Owner, this team collaborates closely with various business teams and plays a vital role in supporting company-wide projects and decision-making processes.

What you bring

• Relevant working experience as a data analyst.

• Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with databases/data warehousing concepts (dbt + Snowflake is a big plus).

• Experience with performing advanced analyses (in Python/R) to uncover value from data.

• Proven experience sharing findings with stakeholders, explaining the business relevance of analyses.

• Experience with visualization tools for reporting purposes.

• Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving business problems using data.

• Good communicator, eager to work closely in a close-knit team with shared vision and responsibility in the data domain at Vandebron.
