We are doing so by using state of the art technology that helps us distinguish ourselves from other utility providers. Our Backoffice team is looking for a motivated system specialist to join us.

This is where you’ll end up

As system specialist your main focus will be on improving tooling and processes for our Backoffice department and the collaboration with and use of Ecedo (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) by other departments in an integrated manner. You will be collaborating intensively together with the Digital teams for Ecedo and Salesforce . Your goal is to optimize the efficiency of our Backoffice processes, making a significant impact for Vandebron.

Our open culture will enable you to collaborate effectively with all your colleagues while being responsible for gathering and discussing requirements, before translating them into a solution that can be implemented.
Furthermore:

  • You represent the Backoffice department, gathering their needs and improving the tooling with the aim for them to do their work as efficiently as possible.

  • You understand the priority of the different improvements and are able to explain the priority in a quantitative and qualitative way.

  • You team-up with the product owner of Ecedo and the team of Salesforce, to analyze what can be improved in processes and tooling.

  • You act as a first point of contact for (ad-hoc) Backoffice-support questions for anything Ecedo or Salesforce related.

  • You are in close contact with the Customer Journey team, to provide them with insights of the Backoffice processes.

  • You manage, test and communicate about open support tickets and incidents.

  • You test new functionalities in Ecedo and Salesforce.

  • Besides solving the stagnated processes, you make structural improvements that are solid for the future.

  • You actively participate in improving the support and development (agile) processes.

Job requirements

This is how you’ll make a difference

Ideally, you have worked with Ecedo before and have experience with Salesforce systems. You are motivated to use this experience towards making improvements and creating understanding among its users.

Besides this, you will also bring the following skills:

  • You are analytical and data-driven.

  • You deal with complex issues by making them simple.

  • You are willing to invest in your technical knowledge and learn more about the complete digital landscape.

  • You are able to work together with our Digital team and follow procedures that require a sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.

  • You are a results-oriented proactive person who is eager to learn in order to achieve task objectives independently, while receiving guidance when needed.

  • You are able to distinguish requests for support based on urgency and priority.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
