This is where you’ll end up

As Product Owner Electric Mobility your main focus will be on delivering value to our digital products for our Electric Vehicle customers by introducing and optimizing new services on desktop & app. You align with stakeholders, designers and developers on how to improve the product and get the most value out of it. You will be surrounded by a diverse team that strives to push each other forward, and you will become an integral part of this helping to shape the future of Electric Mobility at Vandebron. Customer centricity is very important for us and we use customer feedback to improve our products on a daily basis.

Vandebron is a flat organization so you will be able to get in direct contact with all your colleagues and you will be responsible for gathering and discussing requirements, before translating them into a solution that can be implemented. Good to know: We follow agile development practices, we have a daily stand-up, we demo our work regularly and we do team retrospectives to constantly improve our development process.

What are you going to do?

• Develop your vision on the future of our Electric Mobility apps and engage your stakeholders and developers on it

• Having ongoing conversations with the stakeholders, designers & developers on how the product can be improved, delivering as much value as possible for our customers

• Performing analysis on the needs of our customers, and how we can improve their user experience

• Writing clear requirements & acceptance criteria that can be used by the development team to craft the best solution

• Think along on how we can validate the assumptions that we have in a pragmatic way (MVP)

• You will be part of the Electric Mobility Product team and will also work closely with the rest of the Electric Mobility team within Vandebron

• You will work very closely with your scrum team, but also collaborate with other scrum-teams, our customer journey team and marketing to ensure alignment and to effectively handle dependencies

• You have a strong understanding of agile product development, analytics and engineering and knowing how to apply and yield value from these different functionalities in the context of the team and beyond

• You have relevant working experience as a product owner

• You are result-driven and able to motivate the people around you to get to results

• You deal with complex issues by making them simple and you have a creative business mindset

• You are a teamplayer with a positive attitude, good communication skills, flexible in dealing with change and have a mindset of continuous learning and growth

• You are eager to learn about the ins-and-outs of the Electric Mobility market
